 At Hackmatack Farm, we believe nourishing whole foods are an amazing tool for wellness and vibrant health. Co-owner Shelby Guptill, registered licensed dietitian, provides medical nutrition therapy with whole foods in mind.

​Meet Shelby

Shelby is a registered licensed dietitian and earned her B.S. in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of New Hampshire. She completed her dietetic internship with a focus in nutrition education and counseling.

She has extensive training in integrative and functional medical nutrition therapy and her approach considers all aspects of health and well-being. Shelby believes in the body’s powerful restorative ability when provided the proper nutrition, mindset, and selfcare.

Shelby is a nutrition expert in women’s health, preconception, prenatal and postpartum nutrition, chronic fatigue ,IBS/IBD, SIBO, and thyroid support. She has successfully worked with many patients on the low fodmap approach.
